Christine is currently the Managing Director - MAL Consultancy Limited. She is an experienced Human Resource and Business Leader, with over 15 years of HR and business partnering practice. Prior to her current position, Christine worked at Safaricom Limited where she held several roles including HR Systems and Communications, Head of Talent and Resourcing and Head of HR Business Partnership.

She holds a degree in International Relations and Marketing from The United States International University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management. She is a certified Lead and Internal Auditor, Project Manager, HR Information Systems Manager, Competency Assessor, Organization Design Expert, a Leadership Coach and Mentor.
Christine is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya, and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom.
